Black Rice is cultivated in our own farm using SPNF (Subhash Palekar Natural Farming) – Desi cow based farming.
It contains Anthocyanin in the outer layer which makes them look black and contains more antioxidants.
As the Glycemic index is low it may be beneficial for diabetics and improvises the fightback resistance against Cancer, BP and Heart disfunction.
Iron & Zinc contents are three times more when compared to regular white rice.
